All I know is I have day before thanksgiving thru Dec 9th as my vacation this year. Everyone at my work is taking 2 weeks this summer and thinks I'm crazy but who's laughing now muwahahaha.
If this comes out on black Friday I have TWO WEEKS straight to sit and gain weight and play Vids til I get carpal tunnel!

As much as I dont want to admit it, I think you're right. That 15 min gameplay had zero screen tearing and really fluid animations and frame rates. For the size and scope of the game together with all the assets needed to run the city and AI, I cannot see current consoles duplicating what we saw in the video.
Hey, I'm a die hard Sony user and I do serious gaming sessions on my ps3. But there is no denying how much fun a Wii U is to play. Sure, games are not plentiful at the moment but come on, like Nintendo is just going to abandon their console. Jesus Lol. System sellers are coming folks. Kids need Xmas presents. Hell, Mario kart 8 in 1080p at 60fps? Yes please!

Mario kart 8 will be a huge system seller. All the dum dums chiming on about doom and gloom are the same chuckleheads that predicted sonys demise in 2007 and 2008.

Yeah I stopped mp after MW1. That said, if The Division turns out like it seems like its going to then I will jump back in. Also, spy vs mercs coming back to Splinter Cell has me very, very excited.
That's what I thought at first but I have friends who get frustrated easily so being able to jump in their game and help them out would be a nice thing to do. It makes me feel powerful when I grab their controller and beat a boss in demons souls. They always say things like dude you're the man! Or holy crap you rock!! Its great for self esteem and my narcissistic tendencies.

Could not agree more. MarioKart is going to be huuuuge. That game alone in a bundle will sell a buttload of systems. Nintendo has been around the block. They know what the are doing. I know for me my Wii u was a great purchase. I'm getting ps4 launch day for my harcore living room gaming and the Wii u is in bedroom for 1st party games. Hell I can't put down Mario bros U. Nintendo makes awesome, addictive games.
Agreed. I'm 40 and I love my wiiu. Once mariokart and other big players hit wiiu sales are going to spike. I remember back when ps3 released it was doomed articles everywhere. Very few games, too high price tag, 360 dominating...now look at where we are Lol
Kids sell things. Once holiday rolls around and good games hit the race for supremecy is on.
Remember, too that devs had no idea about the whopping 8 gigs Sony was gonna put in the final build. What we saw at e3 were demos and alphas that were utilizing 2-3 gigs.
With the huge about of ram that is now available, I suspect 2014 is going to have some major games with fantastic draws, textures, AI etc.
Mafia 2 was surprisingly good. Awesome story and game play. The graphics are pretty good, too.

Spy vs merch is why I am buying this game. That was, for me, the epitome of mp action in the early games. Once fps went all corridor and load out heavy I got out of online, save for some coop in payday with buddies.
If the sp turns out to be cool then bonus for me. Losing Ironside AND hayter really sucks.

Mmm I thought kinect has to have direct line of sight for console to work. Reads body temp etc to verify who's in the room.
